What kind of cases are these?
These are snap-on hard cases which offer excellent protection to the back and sides of your smartphone. Snap-on hard cases are the most common kind of case you will find, because of the high levels of resistance and protection provided.
Please note that, as with all snap-on cases, these have a small gap at the top and bottom of the smartphone, so that they fit properly.

*We can only reply to emails in normal working hours from Monday to Friday; on weekends and Bank Holidays we are unavailable to handle queries (even we need a break!), but will get back to you as soon as possible on the next working day.
When will I receive my item?
Guess what, we're quick too! Your item will be sent within 24 hours of receipt of your payment. In order to offer you the lowest price, all our items are sent by 2nd Class Royal Mail (2-3 working days).
If you live outside the United Kingdom, the item will be sent by Regular Air-Mail (NO TRACKED POSTAGE), which takes longer depending on where you live; for European countries it usually takes 4-10 working days, and for the rest of the world 7-15 working days.

Item not as expected
Please note that the pictures in this listing are for guidance only, as the colours shown on your monitor may differ from the colours in real-life. In fact, every computer monitor shows colours differently... 99.9% of our customers are happy when they receive their items and find the pictures and product description to be highly accurate and true, BUT if you don't feel so, before leaving feedback, just let us know if your product is not as you had expected, as we will always accept returns and a full refund will be provided!
We accept payments by PayPal only. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can also pay by credit or debit card through PayPal. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any doubts or queries.
Items will usually be sent the next working day after payment has cleared. Please note that we do not send purchases out on weekends or Bank Holidays.
Shipping method and usual shipping time.
For UK orders, items will be sent 2nd Class Royal Mail (2-3 working days).

For domestic U.K. packages, we can only consider a parcel as lost after 12 working days have passed from the shipping date. For international packages, no item will be deemed to have been lost until 20 working days (1 month) have passed from the shipping date.
Buyer will be asked to pay return postage. Please make sure that the returned item is safely packaged and that a safe shipping method is used. Items lost or damaged during return shipping will not be refunded.
Unwanted and faulty items.
We accept returns for unwanted or faulty items, as long as the item is returned in 100% unused condition. When returning an item to us, please include a note inside the package with your eBay user ID, and reason for return. Please note that original shipping costs are not refundable under any circumstances.
Items lost in transit.
Please note that when an item get lost or undelivered due to incorrect / incomplete address details being provided by the buyer during the checkout process, we will need to wait until the case is returned to us by the carrier, and then we will offer a refund for the price of the case (original shipping costs are not refundable) or we can re-send the item at buyer's cost.
Items damaged in transit.
Items are always packaged safely, however some may be damaged for reasons beyond our control. If this happens, please let us know as soon as possible. We will ask you to send a clear photo of the item before sending a replacement item out.
