La catena D.I.D impiegata è, per tradizione, più sofisticata o di classe qualitativa superiore alle stesse catene D.I.D fornite al primo equipaggiamento Giapponese o Europeo.

According to article 5 of D. Lgs 185 of 1999, the equipped customer of VAT number does not have the possibility to recede from the contract/order stipulated on Internet without some penalty and necessity of giving some explanation, in the respect of the conditions that follow.
The recess right decade:
* For lack of the essential condition of integrity of the good (confection and/or its content)
* I use also partial of the good and eventual materials of consumption
* For lack of restitution of the till receipt sent in the package of delivery
* The lack of the external confection and/or it I pack internal original
* The absence of integrating elements of produced (the accessories, digs out, manuals, parts…)
* The damaging of the produced one for various causes from its transport
In the indicated cases over, provvederemo to give back to the sender the acquired good.
The customers cannot exercise the recess right who acquire personalized assets.
Al fine to exercise such right of recess, within a term of 10 (ten) work days from the reception of the ordered produced ones, the customer will have to send to the address under indicated a letter registered letter with return receipt. The Communication could be sent, within the same term, also by means of telegram, telex and facsimile, on condition that registered letter with return receipt within the 48 successive hours is confirmed by means of letter.
The Communication will have to contain:
1. the will manifestation to make use of the benefit granted from D. Lgs. 22 N. 185 of May 1999
2. the indication of /di the prodotto/i for il/i quale/i is decided to make use of the recess right
the 3. relative data to means of reimbursement of the poured corrispettivo: Address Pay Pall, or cordinate bank of own bank account (in order to afford the restitution of the being up sum).

The payment must be carried out within the 3 successive work days to that of recess declaration. |
