Once the invoice is paid, I cannot refund shipping as ebay charges a fee on this, and doesn't refund. Shipping rates I use eBay's shipping service to mail your packages as it tracks it for you in both eBay and Paypal, the very LOWEST charge there is (for mailing an empty package) - is $1.75. So my shipping starts at $2 - tho the more you buy, the less your shipping actually is (per items), Once I invoice you, I will bring the amount to exact shipping. I do NOT profit off of shipping, nor do I charge for my shipping supplies. Please don't leave low ratings for my shipping costs when I cannot control what the postal charge is. If you read the shipping rates for sellers on eBay, this is explained. What you pay after I combine an invoice is within 20 cents of the actual rate. If ordering light items, you can actually get quite a few for under $2, so again - be sure to get that combined invoice!!

International Shipping starts at $3.00, but once your actual shipping goes over $3 - I charge ONLY the actual shipping cost. No sellers fees. The more you buy, the more you save. Again, I do not charge extra - if you're shipping shows that you were overcharged or undercharged, that is because when I invoice, I cannot cut the lace and get the exact weight, as a small percentage never gets paid for. So I take a guess, and I am usually within a few cents, depending on how big the order is. If you see that you were over-charged too much, please contact me. As I do not stop to check charges when posting. If ordering light items, you can actually get quite a few for under $3, so again - be sure to get that combined invoice!!
