I want to cancel my order:
Under the statute laws for Consumer Protection and the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 (which may be amended from time to time), You have the right to cancel your contract for the purchase of your goods at any time up to fourteen working days after delivery. ("Cancelled Goods")
You may cancel your order by simply writing to us or e-mailing us. However in order to cancel your goods you must communicate that you wish to do so in writing and it must be received by us no later than fourteen working days after delivery. To qualify for a refund under the regulations the Cancelled Goods must be returned in a resaleable and unused condition.
Please also note that due to hygiene reasons only items that have not been worn and are returned in original UNOPENED packaging will be accepted for a full refund.
If your items have been despatched you (the buyer) are responsible for paying the correct postage to return the Cancelled Goods to us.
You are responsible for Cancelled Goods until they are received by us. No Proof of posting = No Refund
We will refund the relevant cost of your Cancelled Goods only when the Cancelled Goods are received by us. This will be done as soon as practicable and in any event within 30 days after receipt of the Cancelled Goods by us.
My item is not what I thought it would be:
If your item is not what you thought you were buying, you may return the item in accordance with the procedure and your rights above. Remember all goods returned MUST be in a resalable, UNOWORN condition to qualify for a refund. Return costs, as stated above, are your responsibility (the buyer) and no refund will be issued until items are received by ourselves. No Proof of posting = No Refund
My item is damaged or faulty:
If your item is damaged or faulty in any way, please let us know and return the item in accordance with the procedure above. You will receive a replacement or a full refund including postage. Items are not considered faulty once opened and worn.
We will not consider an item for refund after it has been worn. This is in line with the OFT guidelines set out for the Distance Selling Regulations Act pertaining to items made of Nylon, article 3:41 due to the distorted nature of the item once tried on. This exempts an item from return once worn.
Ladders, tears, snags and rub marks are NOT defects after an item has been worn.
Do not Post Soiled items back to us!
Any defects or faults must be reported within 10 days of receipt. After this period a refund or replacement is at our discretion.
No Returns at all accepted after a period of 28 days from purchase, for any reason.
RETURN POSTAGE COSTS ARE YOUR (THE BUYERS) RESPONSIBILITY. NO PROOF OF POSTING = NO REFUND. |
