Super-Deals-4u’s Terms and Conditions of sale:

We operate a 30 days return policy and return postage has to be paid by the buyer unless the item is confirmed & proofed as faulty by us. An ‘RMA’ has to be obtained before returning any item to us.

1. General Terms and Conditions

(a) All goods supplied by Super-Deals-4U are warranted free from defects for 45 days from the date of supply (unless otherwise stated). This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. The goods are at your risk from the time of delivery.

(b) Should any products carry a manufacturer’s extended warranty period, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to liaise directly with the manufacturer of the product for full details of the warranty agreement should it be found to be faulty.

(d) Super-Deals-4U gives no assurance as to the mutual compatibility of components sold on any single invoice & does not accept returns for incompatible products, it is the buyer’s responsibility to check compatibility of any product purchased from us.

(e) All Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may or may not represent the actual product sold.

(f) Super-Deals-4U remains the full owner of all goods shipped to the buyer until the Super-Deals-4U has been paid in full.

(g) Products sold by Super-Deals-4U are not sold on a trial basis.

(h) All purchase with "Buy it now" must clear full payment within 7 days.

(i) Super-Deals-4U does not accept responsibility for the loss of any software or data stored on any system or storage media handed to Super-Deals-4U for inspection, repair, upgrade or other.

(j) Super-Deals-4U does not accept responsibility for any failures to the buyer’s components within its possession, unless these have been damaged by Super-Deals-4U.

(k) Super-Deals-4U accepts the responsibility of incorrectly dispatched goods (i.e goods not matching the specification displayed on the accompanying invoice) if notified to, and agreed by, Super-Deals-4U within 7 working days of receipt. Super-Deals-4U agrees to pay the dispatch charges of the correct goods. Super-Deals-4U does not accept any consequential loss to the consumer during this period and offers no compensation for such.

(l) Super-Deals-4U aims to dispatch all items within 1 to 3 working days of auction ending.

2. PayPal Payments:

We do accept PayPal payments, but they subject to the following terms and conditions:-

(a) If you live in the UK/EU and if payment is under £1000.00 excluding VAT, We will accept payments from Verified PayPal Accounts.

(d) In certain instances, if you provide proof of ID by the way of a Utility bill, Passport or drivers Licence emailed to us " admin@ultimatebrowsing.com " we can then accept payment from an un-verified PayPal accounts.

(e) If you live outside the UK and your account is Verified we will despatch your item within 3-5 working Days. If you are outside the UK, we will only accept payment from a Verified PayPal member, if your account isn't Verified, then you will be asked for an alternate, method of payment.

We can accept other payment methods including:-

Western Union

Bank Transfer

(f) If we receive a payment by PayPal, we will only despatch to the "Delivery Information Address" stated by PayPal, No Exceptions. This is to protect you.

(g) We reserve the right to reject any PayPal payment for any reason

3. Other Payments

(a) We do not accept payment by cheque.

(b) If any payment is returned to the buyer for any reason after the buyer is in receipt of goods, Super-Deals-4U reserves the right to use a debt collection agency, to collect any un-cleared funds, for payment in full, this applies to any payment method including:-

PayPal

Credit and Debit Card Payments

Postal Orders

Bank Transfer

(d) Any fees incurred by Super-Deals-4U, for collection of un-paid funds to Super-Deals-4U will be passed to the buyer, this includes, Agency fees, court fees, Solicitors fees, carriage fees, including any other expenses incurred by Super-Deals-4U

(e) If payment is made by Bank transfer or directly into our account, we reserve the right to delay despatch of goods until payment has been defined as cleared by us.

4. Delivery

(a) When receiving deliveries by courier, you will be asked to sign for the as "Goods received in good condition". If you are unable to check the contents of the package at time of delivery, please sign for the parcel as "UNCHECKED". Failure to do so will invalidate any warranty claims that you make thereafter.

(b) If you deliberately fail to take delivery of the goods (otherwise than by reason of circumstances under control of Super-Deals-4U) then without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to Super-Deals-4U, Super-Deals-4U may:-

(i) Store the goods until actual delivery and charge you for reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage;

(ii) Sell the goods and (after deducting all reasonable storage and selling expenses) account to you for any excess over the price you agreed to pay for the goods or charge you for any shortfall below the price you agreed to pay for the goods.

(c) Should any item be returned to Super-Deals-4U, due to an incorrect address being given by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for paying an return carriage fees due, before any item/s are re-despatched. Super-Deals-4U; take no responsibility for an incorrect address being given by the buyer.

(d) For Courier deliveries, if an order is transit and the buyer requests re-direction of their order, this will only be authorised by Super-Deals-4U, a re-direction fee will apply, this fee must be paid in full, before Super-Deals-4U are able to re-direct any orders in transit.

(e) For Courier deliveries, they will attempt delivery twice, on two consecutive working days, after which, a further delivery charge of £4.50 + VAT would apply, alternatively the buyer would have to collect the order from their local courier depot.

(f) If after 5 Working days the order has not been collected from the local courier depot, the order will be returned, automatically to Super-Deals-4U. The full shipping cost would be charged for re-despatch, plus a charge of £6.00 + VAT.

(g) If the item is despatched by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class (including recorded) We are unable to claim for loss until after 15 working days from the item/s being despatched We can only replace the item or refund after 15 working days. If the item/s has still not arrived after this time - You will be required to communicate with any questions required by Royal mail - PLEASE NOTE THAT WORKING DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS - Mon - Fri only

5. Returns

(a) All returns must be paid for by the customer

(b) Faulty products are to be returned at the buyer’s expense, via an insured courier, Super-Deals-4U does not accept any responsibility for any loss for un-insured returns.

(d) Super-Deals-4U accepts no responsibility for any consequential loss caused to the buyer for the receiving of faulty goods. Faulty goods received shall be dealt with as outlined below.

(e) Super-Deals-4U cannot accept any returned goods found to fall into one or more of the following categories:

The goods are in some way physically damaged by the buyer

The warranty/serial label is found to have been tampered with or torn.

The goods are found not to have been sold to the customer by Super-Deals-4U.

The goods are outside the warranty limit.

The goods do not have a corresponding RMA number displayed clearly on the item(s).

The goods returned to Super-Deals-4U, that have inadequate packaging will be returned to the buyer at the buyers cost.

The RMA Form has not been completed in full or returned with the item(s).

(f) Before returning the items, please do the following:

Ensure you have included everything the item(s) came with (e.g. manuals, driver disks, cables etc.)

Package the items securely, from your eBay order select return the item for an authorisation.

We recommend that you send the items back with a service that records the delivery and gets a signature from us upon delivery

(g) Testing your Item(s) - When we receive returned item/s we will test them as quickly as possible. We endeavour to test and resolve all returned items within a maximum of 30 days; however, our usual turnaround time is within a week. If your items are tested as faulty we will do the following:-

If the item(s) is discontinued, we will offer a replacement of equal or better specification, or a refund representing the current value of the item at our discretion.

If the item(s) is/are found to be working, we will return them to you. A return carriage fee will apply and there may be a testing fee of £8.50 + VAT.

(h) Unwanted goods - You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 14 days, after you receive the goods. The goods must have been kept in perfect condition and no seals broken. Should the item not be fit for re-sale (in original New condition, un-used and un-opened), including computer software which has been unsealed by the buyer, or for consumable goods of which you may not return the goods, unless the goods are faulty.

(i) A 20% restocking fee may apply to returned goods (N.B. This "does not" apply to faulty goods)

(k) An RMA number must be obtained before any item is sent back to Super-Deals-4U. To return a product, please email Super-Deals-4U at admin@bestncheapest.com

6. Collections

(a) We are a mail order company only, we do not allow collections. In special occasion collection can be arranged via prior arrangement. Please email us in advance describing your requirement.
