Quality of service is paramount to our
business ethos and we encourage you to ask questions, as we believe
communication is crucial for our business success and will endeavour to answer
to the best of our ability.
We take high resolution scans or images,
however, if further photos are required, please do not hesitate to ask.
We fill in condition reports as part of our
listings and often this forms part of our description so do please do look at
these also. With many items we sell however, such as coins, our photographs
form a significant part of the description as they show many blemishes we
All boxes used are for display purpose only,
unless stated in the auction description. Please ask all questions you might
have before bidding, note no guarantee can be given or implied.
Please do not provide an offer price for
auction items as our belief is that all bidders/watchers have a fair chance of
owning the item we are selling. This has often been to our cost historically
but does provide a level playing field.
To save paper, we always email our invoices
upon the day of shipment. There will not be one included with the item. Please
ensure your eBay email address is current. We will never email you directly for
any other purpose, and we will never provide your details to any third party,
unless as required by UK law.
We do not wish to profit
from postage, and will provide costs per individual listings. We would also
like to offer free postage, but as a small business would not be able to

compensation for non-signed for services has been reduced from £50 to £20. We
are now subsidising any claim between these amounts.
Please wait for us to invoice you or take care to select the correct
postage option as incorrect payment may cause a delay in shipping.
Postage costs are
determined by the items value for compensation purposes. UK buyers for example,
if the item sells for over £20 we insist on signed for service. If the item
sells in excess of £50 we insist on Special Delivery. This example can also be
applied to overseas buyers. If you do choose a lower postage charge we will not
ship the item until we receive email confirmation that you are happy with the
compensation level in the event the parcel should go missing/ be damaged.
We will only ship signed for service to China and Italy.
We will combine multiple purchases over a period of two weeks. If you
are successful at one auction and are bidding on items ending at a later time,
please inform us and upon completion of the final item we will charge the
appropriate postage for the combined purchases.
thanks again for looking and good luck bidding!!
