We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours after the payment is received. We do not dispatch on weekends and bank holidays.

Items within UK are dispatched using Royal Mail 1st Class Post or 1st Class Recorded Post. Delivery takes 1 to 3 working days after dispatch.

Next Day Delivery (Before 1.00 PM) is available for UK customers at extra cost. Please make sure you place the order before 2.00 PM for item to be sent the same day.

International items are dispatched via Royal Airmail or Signed for Service. Delivery times are different for each location.

Express delivery is available for International customers via FedEx Please chose the Express International Postage option at checkout for that service. Charges and delivery times are different for each location and can be checked from the postage section.

At Cliphair, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. We strive to provide expert guidance to help you choose the best possible products for your needs. We also understand that sometimes a product just doesn’t quite fit, and so for whatever reason, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a refund or exchange within 28 days of delivery.

Hair Extensions are a hygiene product so should be returned in the same condition as received. Please note that we cannot accept any used/worn or tempered product.  Please check the colour and length before removing extensions from their packaging. If any part of the packaging (including the golden hygiene band) has been removed, we reserve the right to refuse exchange / refund.

We offer FREE COLOUR EXCHANGES. In case the colour is not right, you can send us a hair snippet /sample of old extensions; OR send photos to advice@Cliphair.co.uk to get correct colour match. Exchanges are processed within 24-72 hours of receiving the item back.

Refunds are given less postage cost as standard refund policy unless the item is defective on receipt in which case we will refund you the postage cost.
Buyer is responsible for the return postage costs to us.

Our extensions are made from 100% Remy Human Hair, however they have to cared for slightly differently than your own hair. We have made a quick summary of hair extensions do’s and don’ts for you.

DO’s

You can curl, tong & straighten them.

You can use your GHDs on them without any problem.

You can wash hair extensions.

You can dye them. However it is recommended to perform a strip test on a small piece of the hair first. Once hair has been dyed we cannot be held responsible for the dying process.

DON’T’s

Don’t use products containing alcohol as they can dry out the extensions and you don’t want that happening

Don’t use shampoo designed for volume or for dyed hair

Don’t bleach or lighten the extensions

Don't wear your extensions to bed; always take them out first

Don't wear your extensions for swimming and try not to get them wet in the rain
