Cartridge Type:
These are COMPATIBLE products designed to work in the printers listed in the "Printer Model" drop down list above. Please note that not all printers take the PGI5Bk, CLI8Bk, CLI8PC and CLI8PM cartridges and some models take some but not others. Please select your printer model first from the "Printer Model" drop down list above to see which packs are suitable for your printer. Alternatively, use the Product Links to the right of this page to view which printers will work with each cartridge.

Choosing Individual Cartridges:
If you wish to buy a single cartridge from this listing please select the "1x Cartridge (Request Colour)" option from the "Cartridge(s)" drop down list above. Then, when paying for your purchase, please use the Add Message option on the PayPal payment screen to tell us which colours you require. You may choose from any of the following: CLI8Bk, CLI8C, CLI8M, CLI8Y, CLI8PC, CLI8PM, PGI5Bk.

Multiple Items:
We offer free P&P with all of our items and do not ask for immediate payment. This means that you are free to buy more than one item from us and pay for them as a combined order in one go via PayPal. This may be useful if you wish to buy say a multipack of ink cartridges but would also like to buy a few extra Blacks. We can supply all colours of inks individually so please feel free to make the most of this and create your own custom orders.

We offer a no quibble returns policy on ALL products and a Lifetime Warranty on all MaxRam branded memory products. All other products carry our guaranteed 12 month warranty unless otherwise stated so you can buy in confidence! Any items that are found to be faulty within their warranty period will be replaced immediately or a full refund offered. General returns will gladly be accepted within 12 months of purchase for items that are unopened and in resale condition. Simply call our customer service team on 0845 2570153 (from within the UK), 0044 1284 715920 (from outside of the UK) or email us via the eBay messaging system to request your returns number. We can also provide a FREE POST return address for all items being returned within the UK. We accept returns for faulty items, items ordered in error, items not compatible with your device or even if you simply change your mind. Our customer service desk is staffed Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00 GMT by trained advisors and we are able to offer support in English, French, German and Italian.
