Standard shipped items: Royal Mail; Your order is normally dispatched within 24 hours, however this maybe longer depending on the item ordered, all orders are dispatched within 7 days*.Courier; Your order is normally dispatched within 24 hours, however this maybe longer depending on the item ordered, all orders are dispatched within 5 days*. "Get it fast"/Next Working Day; Your order is normally dispatched same day for next working day delivery on orders before 15.00, all orders are dispatched within 24 Hours* We will inform you once your item has been dispatched with an estimation of delivery time*. Scheduled delivery (i.e. Saturday morning) is available on certain items at an additional cost. Please contact us to arrange.

Shipments to Italy: Please be aware before ordering that shipments to italy can take up to 6 weeks to arrive. Claims for delivery failure will not be processed until after this time.
We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from The Computer Engineers Ltd. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.
Items Damaged in Transit.
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 2 working days (please note that this is 24 hours for our business customers). If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original undamaged packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.
Items Faulty on Arrival.
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 14 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original undamaged packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the carriage costs.
Items Faulty in Warranty Period.
If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it's more than 14 calendar days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. In some cases, manufacturers provide a specialist full on-site service and/or telephone help facilities for your convenience which we recommend you use in order to correct the fault quickly. For business customers all warranty repairs after 28 days of receipt are referred directly to the manufacturer (unless otherwise stated).
Open-Box Items (A,B,C Grade/Used/Refurbished).
Please note that our open-box (used) stock is sold with limited warranty only, and therefore any claims after the stated warranty term for that particular item will not be accepted. Check your item documentation and/or listing information for details of warranty duration.
If you change your mind.
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 7 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods, you have 14 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received, we refund by original payment method for unwanted items within seven days from receipt. Please note this policy has some limitations and does not apply to business customers (Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to at work customers or our Business customers).
Delivery charges, eBay fees, unsealed software or movies and perishable items are non refundable.
Unless stated otherwise in the item description all products have a 12 month manufacturers warranty.
