Payment must be made within 8 working days following the conclusion of the purchase.
If you wish to combine multiple items into one shipment, please buy all the items you choose and ask for the total summary without making payments individually. The shipping costs will be calculated at the minimum.
The method of payment accepted for international buyers are:

In case of purchase you will receive an email with all instructions relating to the payment of the item. After 10 days, in the absence of payment, will receive a reminder for non paying bidder, as set forth in regulations of eBay. For payments made with PayPal, your shipping address will only be the one resulting in the payment notification. If you want the shipment to a different address, you must enter it in advance of your PayPal account and select it during checkout.
The tracking code, if available, will be send to the direct email address. Please check the messages also checking your antispam.
For all our products is always the possibility of shipment by a traceable method (Registered Mail and Courier). Any ship via Priority Mail, available for some items of modest value, is made of exclusive choice of the customer that assume all risk in the event of damage or non-delivery.
Data included in the eBay sales form will automatically be printed on delivery documents, therefore we suggest to carefully check that there are errors or incompleteness in the address. We accept no responsibility for any undelivery caused by incorrect or missing datas.

Warranty and Return

Each eBay listing shows clearly the actual condition of the product sold and its warranty.
We suggest a careful reading of all description: some products are sold "as is", to be repaired or for spare parts.
If you experience a failure of an item sold in warranty, the buyer must send to us an e-mail explaining in detail the nature of the problem. If item return is needed, we will send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
The object returned will be thoroughly checked and if found fault, will be repaired or replaced with a product equal or equivalent value and characteristics. If the repair is not possible and a replacement product not be immediately available, the customer will be entitled to a credit of equal value, net of shipping costs that will remain on his charge.
The purchaser shall in no way refuse to return a faulty product: in no case will be given a replacement (or refund) under warranty, without the prior return of the product.
Costs and shipment risks shall be borne by the purchaser, which will however be entitled to reimbursement for any damage or loss to the extent permitted by the carrier for shipments that are insured. In no event shall we be liable for damage or loss of a product given to a carrier outside of our organization.
Under Article 5 of the D. Decree 185 of 1999, the customer has the option to terminate the contract / order entered on the Internet without penalty and without giving any explanation, in accordance with the following conditions.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if:
* For lack of the essential integrity of the property (the packaging and / or content)
* Using of any part of the property and any supplies
* The lack of the outer packaging and / or internal packaging
* The integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts ...)
* Damage to the product for reasons other than transportation
In the case above, we will return the purchased goods to the sender.
May not exercise the right to cancel customers who purchase with VAT and those who buy custom goods.
To exercise this right of cancellation within 10 (ten) working days from receipt of goods ordered, the customer must send a registered mail to the address below with return receipt. Communications will be sent within the same period, by email, telegram, telex and facsimile, provided it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within 48 hours.
The notification must contain:
1. the intention of using the benefit granted by the Legislative Legislative Decree No. 185, May 22, 1999
2. the indication of the product for as you decide to exercise the right of withdrawal
3. information relating to your bank account (in order for the return of the sum due).
If payment of the product was made through PayPal or credit card, the refund will only be sent in the same way
