A full refund for software, providing the item is unopened and in its original packaging, can be given if returned within 14 days of receipt. Software, if it has been opened, is excluded from UK Distance Selling Regulations returns and cancellation policy. Returned item has to be in its original item packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. After receiving the returned item we will issue a replacement, if not available (depending on stock), a refund will be issued.
