Confirmation of dispatch emails are sent to the email address associated with your PayPal account when we process your order. This email will include your invoice as a PDF attachment. VAT is included on UK orders, and excluded on overseas orders over the IOSS value amount.
 
We ship with FedEx, TNT, Business Post, Palletways, and sometimes a local sameday courier. All items are insured in transit and we fix any problems that arise from transit. Most orders will be delivered next working day (cut off time applies). Some UK postcodes are not guaranteed 24 hour delivery. International orders take longer, and vary on the country shipping to. We use the Palletways network for larger items or high quantity orders.
 
We use custom made cartons and micro pallets as appropriate to pack. Please bear in mind the P&P charge is for postage and packaging costs which is substantial when sending heavy items.
 
Please provide a contact number for delivery. This enables tracking updates when available, and more generally, the courier will have the option to contact you if they have difficulties finding the address. this is especially important for international orders. We treat your phone number as confidential information and do not distribute them. If the item is returned to us after a failed delivery attempt, we may need to charge shipping again before re-sending if you have not provided this (at our discretion).
 
If goods need to be returned, the customer bears the expense of return shipping, and is liable for protecting the goods against damage on the return trip. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee if necessary. Examples of when we would do this is when the customer changes their mind or bought something that does not fit. This is does not effect your right to return under EU DSR which we uphold in their most current form. All returns should be authorised by us in advance, and should be shipped with a traceable courier that provides POD "proof of delivery" signature confirmation. Insurance is at the customers discretion. If the customer make a discretionary return (ie not due to fault or mistake by ourselves) then we deduct the outbound shipping cost from the refund amount. This includes deducting shipping costs incurred on free of charge shipping items.
 
We ship to the address provided on the order.
The invoice will be made out to the details / address that appear on the eBay order system.

We pack and ship out orders as quickly as we can. We do dispatch most items the day they are ordered. For small items an approximate cut off is 3PM, for larger items 12PM but this is by no means a rule and when busy the cut off time will be earlier, or same day dispatch not possible. If you have an urgent order let us know as soon as you can so we can start work on it.

Very professional service and fast response from the company. My unit was damaged by fedex, but the company handled everything gracefully, and replacement parts were sent out the same day. Refurbish work on the UPS itself was done properly and run time from the new battery pack was tested to correspond with advertised information. Would definitely recommend.
