Payment is due within five working days of purchase and goods remain the property of Smart Elex until paid in full. We reserve the right to cancel orders and/or make goods available to other customers if payment is not received within the five working days.
Please ensure that the correct address you would like the order sent to is selected or added during checkout as to protect customers from fraud we can only despatch to the delivery address provided with your payment.
UK Orders are dispatched via FREE Royal Mail 1st Class for small items and FREE Citylink courier for large items.
International orders are sent according to the same timescales as UK orders using Royal Mail International Signed For. Please contact your postal service for delivery estimates to your location from the UK.
Please note we only send orders to the PayPal address provided during checkout for security reasons. If your eBay address and PayPal address are different please make sure to update PayPal so you will receive the item where you require. We CANNOT update a delivery address once an order has been placed and due to our automated dispatch system.
To return a product please print this returns form and follow the below instructions (if you do not have a printer a written form with this same information is fine).
If you change your mind about your purchase you may return it to us unopened at your own expense within 14 days of receipt for a full refund; after 14 days we do not accept returns. We do not accept returns for non-faulty unwanted items in any circumstance if they have been opened/unsealed. No returns authorisation code is required but please ensure the item is packaged securely and includes our return form. PLEASE RETURN GOODS VIA RECORDED DELIVERY ONLY. If goods are not sent back to us by recorded delivery and/or in case the goods are lost or not received, Smart Elex cannot be held responsible for any loss sustained. If you are returning Larger items we advise you to send the product via a courier company or a Royal Mail service with extended insurance so you are adequately covered should the item be lost or damaged in transit.
If you believe your item is faulty we ask that you first contact us for assistance. If diagnosed as faulty within the first 12 months of purchase you may return the product to us for a replacement or refund should the item no longer be available.
Please note we can only accept a faulty return if your item is returned complete, including all the original packaging, so please do not throw this away upon purchase or we may not be able to accept the item back. When returning a items please be as specific as possible about the fault on the returns so our test centre can attempt to replicate it. Please make sure the item is wrapped securely to avoid damage.

- My order hasn't arrived! What should I do?
Within the UK the majority of First Class deliveries arrive within 1-3 working days from dispatch. If after this time your item has still not arrived please contact your local sorting office for delivery information - they may even have your parcel at their depot awaiting collection. You can find the location of your local sorting office by calling 0845 6050767. If you are based outside of the UK please check with your postal service for average delivery times from the UK.
- I've contacted my local sorting office and they don't have the item. What can be done?
Unfortunately we have to allow Royal Mail 15 working days to deliver (28 for EU, 40 for the rest of the world) before an item can be declared missing. If after this time your item has not arrived please contact us and we will raise a Lost Parcel Claim Form for you. We are happy to replace the item (stock pending) or offer a full refund.
- My item shipped via courier. How can I track it?
You should have received a dispatch e-mail that contains a tracking number. If you haven't please check your junk e-mail folder or contact us and we can provide this to you. Once you have your tracking number you can track online at www.city-link.co.uk.
- Can I make an offer on an item?
We do not accept offers on any of our items, we only sell for the listed price.
- Do you offer combined shipping?
We ship all our items individually due to our automated dispatch system and for insurance purposes. We do not offer combined shipping but all items within the UK are shipped free of charge. For orders outside of the UK please check the "Postage & Payments" tab of the listing for the rate per item to your location.
- I'd like to buy in bulk. Do you offer any discount?
