RETURNS POLICY: We must be notified of faulty or damaged items via email within 7 days of receipt of the item, for the item to be replaced. In the event of the buyer wishing to return an item to us, postage costs are born by the buyer.All items being returned must have "Returns Authorisation" granted by us in writing or by email. We do not accept liability for any return costs or responsibility for returns that are lost in transit. You should ensure that the item is adequately packaged for return. Items that are damaged in transit to us are not our responsibility so please ensure the item is well packed for the journey. The covering warranty is from date of purchase and is from the manufacturer, this does not include any normal wear and tear. All items purchased are used at your own risk and we reserve the right to amend or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
