Please call 347-709-3001 on Friday through Sunday from 10 AM – 7 PM EST.  Our ebay message box literally receives hundreds of messages a day and it is easy for your message to get lost in the crowd. PLEASE DO NOT E-MAIL US BECAUSE WE GET HUNDREDS OF E-MAILS EVERYDAY AND IT WILL BE HARD FOR US TO KEEP TRACK OF. CALLING US WILL BE THE IDEAL SITUATION. IT WILL BE FAST AND EASY!

Do you ship internationally?

I MIGHT ship internationally, but you better have a feedback of 100 + and have an extremely high  feedback percentage rate!  Default answer for international shipping besides Canada is NO.  (I do sell to stores overseas as I am a card wholesaler, but we need to establish a relationship before I will send out any sizable quantities of orders.) Sorry I am restricted from selling WOTC product overseas which includes Magic the Gathering product!  We DO ship to Puerto Rico, but please expect longer shipping times by as much as a week due to packages often being stopped over in Jacksonville.  (The post office likes to fill up the boat before they send it for delivery, and that means that packages can get backed up.)

Military (APO) addresses may take extra time for shipping.

Can you get me preorder items before release date?

As a matter of policy we do NOT break manufacturer set street dates.  We don't sell tampered with product either.  We're by the book. There are many factors which we do not have control over in the delivery process.  Sometimes product gets to us on or sometimes even after street date due to issues which develop either at the manufacturer or with delivery to us.  Some things that happen are manufacturer error, delivery error, inclement weather holding up shipments, and alteration of release dates all of which we have no control over.  Then when we get the product when we ship it to you we have no control over delivery times.  We can only control when we deliver packages to the post office.  Please DO NOT use ebay’s estimated receiving time for your package if you are buying a pre-sale item!  You will NOT be getting your product before street date!

I really need such and such product by such and such date!  Can you get it to me?

Many factors lie outside of our control when it comes to getting you release date product.  First off sometimes there are delays that happen on the manufacturing side that may move the official release date back.  Sometimes shipments made from the manufacturer to our location are delayed for a number of reasons including; clerical error, shipment delays, incorrect order fulfillment, product loss or damage, etc.  Once product gets to us when can only control what we do.  We work dilligently to make sure that we process your order as quickly as possible.  However even if we get your order out the door immediately, there may be delays in shipment due to errors made by companies handling package delivery.  (it's rare but it does happen.)  Unfortunately due to factors outside of our control we can make no guarantees about shipment delivery, but we do have very good feedback, and we are responsible.  Please call us at 347-709-3001 if you need help tracking an order.  Thank you!

The tracking # you sent me is not giving me any other information other than, "Electronic billing information received."  Where is my package?

For the most part items are scanned when they are taken in, but sometimes items don’t scan until they reach the destination hub.  (about 30% of all cases are like this.)  Sometimes in 10% of cases it doesn’t scan until the actual delivery of the item.  This is rare, but it happens.  We ask that you give it 5 days from notification of delivery of your item for information to generate in the delivery systems of the carrier. Thank you!
