If purchasing software or hardware please ensure it is compatible with your PC. If you are unsure please contact us before purchasing so we can confirm compatibility. A full refund for software, providing the item is unopened and in its original packaging, can be given if returned within 14 days of receipt. Software, if it has been opened, is excluded from UK Distance Selling Regulations returns and cancellation policy. Returned item has to be in its original item packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. After receiving the returned item we will issue a replacement, if not available (depending on stock), a refund will be issued. Your refund or exchange will be processed once we are in receipt of the goods. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any item that has not been returned in a fully resalable condition (and right to deduct restocking fee & our shipment costs) if the mistake or fault was the buyers and not ours.
